Date of Registration

 

IC-Global Micro Finance bank Ltd was first incorporated as Isoko community bank Limited and was formally commissioned on Friday, November 15, 1991 to carry on c Community Banking Business by the Delta state Government.


Following the CBN directive with respect to change of name and recapitalisation, the company was re-registered by CBN as IC-Global Microfinance Bank Ltd and the change of name to IC-Global Micro Finance Bank Ltd was effected by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2007.

 

Registration and License

 

The bank was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as Microfinance bank in 2007.


Operating License

 

It obtained its incorporation certificate from the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja on 25th August 1992 and the change of name in 2007, with Registration No: RC 20427. It obtained its license to carry on Community Banking Business From Central Bank of Nigeria on 24th January 2002 with license No: 000098
