BARRISTER CHIEF JOE ARAUSI (Group Chairman)


Barrister Chief Joe Arausi is talented with profound financial and investment expertise.  He holds a Dip. Public Admin. (1990), LLB UNIBEN (1997), BL Abuja and MBA, DELSU, Abraka, (2004).  


Fellow Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. Member Defunct Bendel State House of Assembly (1983) & Chairman, House Committee on Petroleum (BDHA), 1983.  Member 1.5% Task Force for Mineral Producing Areas (1986-1988).  


He is also Chairman, National Association of Community Bankers (NACOBS) Delta State Chapter, Chairman A.G Christie (Nig.) Ltd, and Chairman Quantum Securities Ltd.

 

MAJ. GEN. (CHIEF) P.U. OMU RTD. (Director)


Major Gen. (Chief) P.U. Omu Rtd joined the Nigerian Army as an Officer Cadet in 1962, got commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in July, 1963.    


He was Commander 33 Infantry and 3 Merchanised Brigades.    Military Secretary 1979-1981, Member Common Wealth Military Tribunal, Trinidad and Tobago, (1971)Military Governor Cross River State, (1975-1978)  Member Supreme Military Council  (SMC) (1984-1989).   A graduate of School of Infantry Westminster, UK(1970), Command and Staff College Jaji (1976) and Royal College of Defence Studies, London (1982).   


Finally, served as Director General and C.E.O of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru (1990-1992).   He is currently the Chairman, National Board for Community Banks, Abuja.


CHIEF (DR.) G.O. AKPOJENE, (Director)


Chief (Dr.) G.O. Akpojene is a seasoned Educationist and leader with crack managerial acumen.  


Holds meritorious certificates and a Honourary Phd. Business Management, USA. He was Executive Chairman Isoko Local Government Council 1980-1982).   

 

Presidential Appointee Leader of Thought, Federal Republic of Nigeria (November 1985).   


Founder and President,  Iloho Farmers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Societies Ltd and Chairman/C.E.O. Akpojene Farms Ltd, Delta State.

MR. PIUS MALAKA


Mr. Pius Malaka holds a  B.A. (Hons) and MbA from UNIBEN, Edo State.   He has served in different managerial capacities both in the private and public sectors.   


He is currently the Executive Director, Dec Oil and Gas Ltd, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Chairman Titan Nig. Ltd, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

 

DR. BEN UBREYE OWHE-UREGHE


Dr. Ben Ubreye Owhe-Ureghe holds a B.Sc in Microbiology, M.Sc in  Enviromental Microbiology, Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma (1986-1999).  


Currently a Senior Lecturer in Microbiology Department at the Delta State University,  Abraka and also an Associate Dean of the Faculty of Science. He is a devout Christian.

 

COMRADE MACAULAY OVUOZOURIE SAMUEL


Comrade Macaulay Ovuozourie Samuel holds an O.N.D. from I.M.T. Enugu (191-1983) and a degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu (2004).  


He was a career Civil Servant, an astute Politician, Reporter and Journalist of very high marks.   Former Chairman, Nigeria Labour congress, Delta State (1999-2003).


Former Hon. Commissioner for Special Duties, Inter Ethnic Relations and Conflict Resolution Delta State.  


He is currently the Hon. Commissioner for Power and Energy Delta State.

 

CHIEF LUCKY O. OMOYIBO, (Managing Director)


Chief Lucky O. Omoyibo holds a H.N.D in Management Accounting (1985) from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State and an MBA from UNIBEN (1998). 


He is the Managing Partner of Ruemu Consult, a Managing Consultancy Firm (1999 till date).  He has experiences both as a consultant and managerial experiences in banking for over ten years prior to his appointment as Managing Director.   


He worked as branch manager former FSB (1987-Oct 1991) and former North-South Bank Plc, Owerri (Oct. 1991-Nov.1991) and rose the position of senior manager.   

 

He has undergone several relevant training organized FSB Training Centre, North-South Bank Plc, FITC Lagos, CIBN and CBN.  He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
