CHIEF LUCKY O. OMOYIBO, (Managing Director)


Chief Lucky O. Omoyibo holds a H.N.D in Management Accounting (1985) from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State and an MBA from UNIBEN (1998). 


He is the Managing Partner of Ruemu Consult, a Managing Consultancy Firm (1999 till date).  He has experiences both as a consultant and managerial experiences in banking for over ten years prior to his appointment as Managing Director.   


He worked as branch manager former FSB (1987-Oct 1991) and former North-South Bank Plc, Owerri (Oct. 1991-Nov.1991) and rose the position of senior manager.   


He has undergone several relevant training organized FSB Training Centre, North-South Bank Plc, FITC Lagos, CIBN and CBN.  He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management.

 

SIR (HON.) PROSPER IROGBO, (Assistant Managing Director)


Sir (Hon) Prosper Irogbo is an embodiment of talent and experience in community banking and banking in general.  


He holds a B.Sc in Sociology from Delta State University, Abraka (2006) and MBA in view from the same institution.  Dip. Public Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City (1985).   


He joined the Bank in 1992 and has since worked in various positions and capacities.    Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Manager to function as Assistant Managing Director he was the Group Head of Marketing/ Business Development.  


He has attended various training programmes organized by bodies such as CIBN, NBCB, CBN and FITC.   He has put in 18 years of meritorious service in the Bank. 

 

MR. ENWENEDE OBUKOWO PETER, (Head, Internal Control/Audit)


Mr. Enwenede O. Peter holds a H.N.D in Accountancy from Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin (1985).   He joined the Bank in 2001.   


He has attended several relevant trainings which include internal Auditing, Detection and Prevention of Fraud organized by Industrial Training Fund( Oct 1996 & Sept. 1997); Internal Control Management by CIBN, Lagos (2005); Auditing and Fraud Detection in Community Banks by NBCB, Benin (Sept. 2005) and Writing Effective Audit Report by ICAN, Lagos (March, 2006). 


BARRISTER (MRS.) M.E. OMAGBEMI-ARIKO, (Legal Officer)


Barrister (Mrs.) M.E. Omagbemi-Ariko holds LLB.BL in Law from Delta state University, Abraka (2002), B.L (2004), Masters in Law (LLM) Delta State University, Abraka (2009).


She has worked as a Legal Practitioner with J.E Urete Chambers from (2005-2009).   She joined the Bank in 2010 and doubled as the acting Company Secretary, Legal Officer and Legal Adviser.  


She is a devout Christian.  

 

MR. MUSA ALHAJI ABDULRAHMAN, (Head, Risk Assets Management)


Mr. Musa Alhaji Abdulrahman holds a H.N.D. in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Idah Kogi State, also he holds a PGD in Business Administration, Delta state University Abraka.  


He has been with the Bank since 1997.   He has worked in various units including Head of operations, Accountant, Internal Auditor and as well as branch manager.

 

MR. AGUMAGU ROBINSON, (Head Banking Operations)


Mr. Agumagu Robinson holds a B.Sc. in Public Administration from University of Benin, Edo State (1997).   He has been with the Bank since 2004.  


He has worked in various units including Head of operations, Sapele branch, Manager Koko branch and Treasury Unit prior to his appointment as Head Banking Operations.

 

MR. UZUAZOMARO NDUKA MAZOJE (Head, Human Resource Management)


Mr. Uzuazomaro N. Mazoje holds B.A Mass Communications from (2002) and MPA in view.  


He joined the Bank in 2005 and has worked in various capacities prior to his appointment as Human Resource Manager.

MR. ROBERT OYIBO, (Head, Information Technology)


Mr. Robert Oyibo holds a HND Computer Science from IMT, Enugu, Enugu State (1998). 


He is a Foxpro and SQL database administrator, software developer, network/system administrator, Computer Hardware Technologist, Desktop Designer/Publisher and Microsoft office packages instructor.  


He has working experiences with Internet Associates, Warri (1995/96) JOEN Associates, Enugu (Abia state 1999-2000 NYSC); KRISNKI Industries Limited, Effurrun (2000); university of Port Harcourt ( Warri study center 2000-2001; Windows Technology, Effurun (2001-2002) both as part-time lecturer and Administrator. 


He joined the bank in 2002. He has attended several training course which include Training/Orientation (IT application on banking operations), In – training

 

MR. ERNEST EMONENA EDENI, (Head, Accounts & Finance)


Mr. Ernest Emonena Edeni holds a B.Sc Accounting from Delta State University, Abraka.   


He joined the Bank in 1997. He has worked in various capacities prior to his appointment as Head of Accounts & Finance.  He has undergone several relevant trainings and has MBF in view. 

 

MR. ASUKWO E. EFFIONG, (Head, Marketing & Business Development)


Mr. Asukwo Effiong holds a HND in Business Administration & Management from Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State (2005).


He has attended several Micro Finance training programmes organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).


He joined the Bank in 2010 and has Head, marketing & Business Development.
